Grand Canyon

Fouad and I took a little weekend getaway to the Grand Canyon in March. We were looking for an easy weekend trip to take before Emily gets here (and before my travel schedule gets crazy in April & May) and this was perfect! We flew into Phoenix and drove up through the beautiful red rocks of Sedona:

Then we were off to the Grand Canyon!

Wilton Cake Class - Week 3 & 4

In the last two weeks of the Wilton Cake Course we learned how to make clowns and flowers.

This class was really fun, and if I weren't traveling so much in April, I would be taking the next course with Mary. I think that I'll pick back up with Course 3, which is fondant and gum paste.
